I read a few journals, and nobody had this problem...
Is it normal?

So far so good. The height is pretty much ideal. If it stretches any more I'd put the lights closer. Remember to water heavy once, check each day by lifting the container, then water again only when the container feels light again.

Yup, it stretched today, looks about like 2 times higher
I put the lights like an inch from the top.
watered today because soil felt almost too dry.

Lolz - Anxious Parent Syndrome.

Just so you're aware...the little oblong, "seed leaves" are going to turn yellow and fall off.

Haha I was expecting to see something like my first and only attempt to grow. Gave it too much nitrogen and it just shot up and drooped over and died. This little guy you have looks healthy and happy though
