droopy seedling

my plant is 6 days old and when i got home from work today i noticed the two 1 finger leaves were very droopy. overwatering problem???? or could it be something more. i have anothe plant beside it that looks perfrectly fine so i figured it couldnt have anything to do with my setup... thanks for any input you can offer.

what.type.of.light.do.u.have?

its 2 much water... im 90 percent on that, or theres something bad its feeding on.

ya.and.when.do.u.water?.how.much?

ive got 3 40 watt cfl's and the plant is nearly dead now. i think it is time to say goodbye to her but atleast i have 1 more and i have learned my lesson about watering.
