Droped my New hps sodium light!!!

Man as I was leaving work, I grabed my hps sodium light (which was in a box with no cover) to take home and then as I closed the gate door from work the bulb slips out and falls, literally causing a skip in heart beat. the internal things seemed unharmed though but the bulb shattered of course:spew:
so does any one know if i can do anything with the internals of the light or once the glass broke does that mean time to shit out another $125??
does anyone know how to fix them??lol?

no its broken if you shattered bulb. but if it was just the bulb and not the ballast then all you need is another bulb.

same thing happened to me right when i left the hydroponic shop...literally 2 steps out the door and boom

Been there & done that 2 fukin times but not with grow gear.

I had one of my Harleys custom painted about 15 years ago,i picked the bike up & when i was leaving the bike shop i hit a patch of loose sand in the parking lot,not paying any attention to shit i hit the front brake a little to hard & put the bike straight down,tore the carb off & hammered the paint on a saddle bag,had to take the bike right back in the shop.

Last year i bought new furniture for our great room,the sofa was a massive fukin thing that cost a massive wad of cash,i had to take the door off & remove the entire door frame to get it in the house,as we were getting it through the door i heard a bad sound,i missed a tiny finishing nail,of course it caught the sofa,tore a 4 inch long gash along a head rest.

The sofa went straight to the curb,the furniture store took pity on my dillema & sold me another one at their cost.

the dumbass is the person who doesnt know how much a HPS bulb costs. especially when he said he spent $125 on it. (although thats a high price.)

but I'd like to know where you're buying $30 QUALITY hps bulbs. and i'm not talking about the bullshit you get at the hardware store and call a grow light!

order matching bulb. receive new bulb via ups. put broken bulb in new package. blame ups. what has brown done for you lately?

yeah the light costed like 110 but gas n shit.
are those lights for reals or they dont work
