Dry closet and general dry room setup

Hey I’m currently setting up a grow, with 50 square feet of flowering space. About how much drying room will I need, I have a small closet available about 10 square feet in total. I could do a staggered harvest and use this space for about 4 large plants, or 16 square feet of flower canopy. Could this work or Am I being to optimistic.

If it's your 4th grow, ya wouldn't need to ask this question


Grow yer weed 1st, worry about harvest IF you get that far

Not Quite my First grow, I have done 2 auto runs in 2x2 tent, nute burned all them but did make it to harvest. I didn’t run into any problems with the harvest other than drying to fast. I want this to be a perpetual grow. In 3 4x4 raised beds. I’m going to stager the harvest so I don’t over load this closet I want to dry in. But you think a 2x2 is all I would need. About half of the grow space

That should be fine. You might need to chop the plants up a bit to make it fit. I use a 2x2x3 tent to dry my harvest. I pull 3-4 plants out of each 2x4 tray every 2 weeks. I use clothespins at top of tent to hold each stalk in place. Sometimes I have to pack them in there but as long as buds aren't touching and there is good airflow its fine.
