dry ice hash dry or wet

hey every one.
I've got about a pound and a half of trim/buds wet and in the freezer. And I'm planing on making some dry ice hash

so in some of the videos I've seen about making this shit
I've seen both wet and dry trim.
which is better in your opinion.
I'm planing on Making it this weekend so I've got some time to let it dry
any ways thanks for any input in advance.

so if I run a pound I should a really nice amount!!


I just wanna figure out if I should let my shit dry out first. Or atleast take it out the freezer... If it even makes a difference ( id think though to just keep it frozen. Sence id be freezing it anyways ha)

imma probably through a half oz of bud in there just for shits and giggles

I got two different strains going in ones jack heere.(which was supppper frosty. From top to bottom) and a bag seed.
which wasn't super loaded with resin but was a maddd producer... I wish I woulda taking clones

Frozen first, but no matter, the dry ice will freeze those trichomes lickkity-split. Really all you need is a 120 work bag although smaller micron bags will increase the products quality.

Figure 10% of your dry trim weight ( depending ). A pound should net you 1 1/2 zips hash.

I have made pollen with dry ice and trim. It was pretty dry, though. I don't think it being a little damp would hurt anything. The dry ice will freeze everything and the brittle trichs will fall through the screen. Just take out the trim waste before all of the dry ice is gone and the waste thaws and gums up your screen. I would also do small a small batch first to see how that works out.

fuckung a 1&1\2 ain't bad at all !! And I'm pretty sire I got more than a pound 1\2 thats just what my scale over loads on and I'm to lazy to do it in sectionshah

Hi, sounds like a very good way to handle the quantity you are doing.
I have seen Bubble hash made in a 55 gallon garbage pail, I think it was about the same weight. Poured thru a set of 5 gallon bubble bags they had 3 different grades of Hash.
Post some pix of your finished batch,
Sounds like it will be a nice lump of goodness!

damn in a 55gal. I'll probably just use a five ha I hope the bag I got is fine enough to not leave me with a bunch of plant matters

and ill try to post a pic. I can't from my phone and its a pain to get them on the comp but ill at least have an update

well the two jack heere that I had was supper frosty.. Even the stalks and stems covers in trics
the other bag seed I had going was a big yeilder with a pretty good amount of resin going on

My GUMBY hash went Moldy!!
I did not properly dry it and over 3.5 grams of Tricomes were collected and ruined....
I guess I left it to damp. :(

Live and learn, DAMN and I was saving it for my trip to NYC this weekend.

The trim and Bud was dry, I just didn't dry the collected lump of Tricomes completely...

Using dry ice does not raise the moisture content like doing GUMBY // bubble hash does.
I should have dried till I was SURE I had removed ALL moisture.

My fault and I am Kicking myself!!!
