So Dry Ice when melting it evaporates into Co2, anyone have thoughts of using this as a cooling agent for small areas / Co2 gen to help boost plants. Would this be effecient Im thinking of trying this. Looking for ideas, comments, concerns. THanks

you can use dry ice it actually works very well but does not last very long. It will be costly to use it to sustain temperature though. If you could slow the transpiration rate down you might get the cooling effect. It would also depend on the area you are trying to cool airflow ambient temp etc...

If you invest in a CO2 setup you can let your temps run a little higher than normal

dry ice is expensive, don't waste your time. don't waste your time with trying to "brew" co2 either. if you want to use co2, buy a "real" co2 system.

Hmm well to the first ass response about using the search bar.. I did... thanks for the sarcastic posts. Ive seen you on numerous threads rzza talking like this. Im new and have questions im here because Ive felt this is a place where newer growers can ask questions and get polite answers not dealing with dickheads. Keep trolling and looking for new sarcastic comments to make to put people down, all a desperate attempt just to make yourself feel a little better.

Skinnyone thank you for your general input much appreciated.

ill be honest, i was gonna copy/paste an advanced search on our boards for dry ice threads and i cant even find one, i have read tons of them, i even seen one like 3 days ago.

for that i appologize and i agree this is where growers come to ask questions.
