Drying and curing - 1st time

Hello everyone!

sadly my harvest time came when the temps outside went crazy (40-45C), meaning that, my buds dried in 3 days. They were already super crispy on the outside.

now that they are in jars , I have the possibility to finally keep them in a cold place and with the right humidity.

Só my question is : what happens when we dry the buda super fast but we can actually do a good cure? Is there any hope?

Also, are those tiny buds that didn’t develop “smockable”?

I just recently havested my first plant and like your situation it too was hot where i am so they dried in around a week im guessing i did the "snap test" and it didn't "snap" till day 13 of drying. When i put the bud in the jar it was at 58 %RH in the jar with the bud....is that really dry , to dry, or not bad?

The plant had some problems like it was kinda close to the light and maybe a disease of some kinda or maybe just burn from plant food idk im a rookie, i put boveda in a jar and its at 62% now but still seems dry its like the 1st week of curing

Lots of people love 58%. My last dry went to 55% and I was a little bummed...but I bagged it up in Grove Bags and did let it do it's curing thing and it's smoothed out and came out just fine.
