Drying and curing

From what i understand simply hang them in a cool dark place for about 2-3 days, then put them into a air tright glass jar for about a week more taking the buds out for about 5 mins 5 times a day then putting them back in.

Dont seem that hard lol and allot of people have already told you methods?

What you'll find is that you actually want to hang them for 4 or 5 days. At this point you should be able to smoke it in a bowl. When you put it in the jars It will feel very dry, but after being in the jar for about 24 hours, it will be wet again. Leave them out until they feel dry again, and then put them back in the jar. Keep repeating this until they feel dry when you take them out of the jar. Make sure to take them out every day for about a half hour to an hour. Wipe the inside of the jar with a towel to keep any moisture from building up.

i put mine in a jar and yes they were moist again. guess i'll be leaving em out overnight then back in. can't wait to taste it fully cured!

ummm, call me crazy, but if the buds are moist, and you freeze them, won't the frozen water in the buds destroy the cellular walls? Just a theory? Seems a little like physics. But hey, if it works, I'll try it too...

idk, but i think i read somewhere that one company or place that sells seeds, keeps their green in a freezer for like 6 months for optimium flavor, idk maybe i was stoned and dont remember right but that seems like what they said, i wouldnt use a freezer, probablyjust the fridge so they wont freeze, working on my first grow so dont take too much stock in what i say
