Drying question

can i dry some bud in the sunlight? its 80 and sunny with some clouds here and there

any objections to this? thoughts? opinions?

i would suggest drying them in a dark place with some air flow.

ditto. they will dry in the sun, but chances are the outside of the bud will become crispy and crumbley dry while the inside might be a little moist, and the smoke will probably be harsh and taste bad. the darkness and length of time drying/curing is a major factor in the outcome of the bud.

i'd sooner suggest letting them dry outside in the sun than the microwave though; i did not like that at all. otherwise, i'd let 'em hang upside down in the dark for a week or two and then place them in jars to cure, but if you're in a rush.. just be sure to use a bong. at least, these are my experiences.

Light will degrade the goodies. Best done drying in the dark
