Drying room?

I don't really have a drying room per say available to me so, what suggestions do you guys have for someone in my situation? What are the best conditions under which to dry bud as in light, rh, temp, ect? FYI, I plan on using the dry then trim method if that makes a difference.

you want no light at all light kills thc you don't want a high humidity that can cause mold you don't want a fan in less temps to high and then not direct just find a closet you can hang them in for about a week or so that is in mid temps and then in a paper bag and open for a few hours during the days
