I need to hear some drying secrets. I've got a legal 6 plant grow in a 4x4 tent in a bedroom closet. When they get cut other clones will be going into the tent to replace them almost right away.
It is the drying location that concerns me.
Options:
1. Detached garage that has no power/heat.
2. Small shed, has power, but is located under the family deck and I'm concerned about the smell wafting upwards toward the deck and expose me for the stoner that I am.
3. Same grow tent...put bud into paper bags to keep it dark in the bag. Warmer, and lower in humidity.
4. Let mold happen, smoke it anyway. Aggravate asthma from the mold, have a coughing breathing fit and die in the tent. Small buds form on my balls and my grow partner uses me as compost for the next soil mix.
5. Your idea that works, results in zero mold and can process somewhere between 6oz to a pound.
The person who comes up with the best drying method will win jack squat, but you will get a smile from me and a hearty thank you.
