Dual Spectrum 2 High Output Bulbs

I was wondering if anyone had used these before and what their thoughts are.

I was thinking of ordering 2 sets from stealth hydroponics with an extra flower bulb in each set so I would have 2 veg and 2 flower lights during veg, then 4 flower lights during flower.

Good call for first grow?
