If and when you go to your local and friendly neighborhood grow shop and invest your cushion in your brand new 4'x8' trays and matching accessories, splurge the extra $20 and get a fucking u-haul van and leave the open-bed tailgate down truck at home...or at the u-haul place (but I wouldnt trust those fuckers).

Bottom line, dont leave everything out for ALL to see as you drive to your predetermined grow-op area.

That's not a good start, kimosabe...

or, like even worse than that is when you get your supplies to build a new veg room and leave it with the guy who has a truck but no cell phone, leave to run to a couple needed stops before and then show up to the grow to find no one there. they of course show up 5 minutes later telling you about how they just dumped the $150 worth of supplies all over a huge busy intersection.....

i just shook my head and walked away. he was just a helper for the day. someone without anything vested. Only one piece of drywall was only semi fucked so it was ok. I had to ask him help to get the rest today and he kindly asked me to ride with him this time. Good idea.

Alternatively you are about to grow your next batch of tomatoes so everyone can keep their opnions to themselves and fuck off :) Dumbest thing for growers to do is buy those stupid HPS and MH lights, not a good way to start, upping an electricity bill

No, it's a piece of palstic, it has a thousand uses, but remain paranoid to the hilt, the cannabis can conuter the included stress.

I think renting a u-haul to move a piece of 100% innocent and legal plastic, when there is a pickup in your drive, well that's a dumb thing to do n my opinion. Hiding your supplies is a lot more suspicious than simply taking them home, being the legal supplies they are.

Essentially plastic grow trays are not an ilegal product, in fact they probably get used a lot more with legal veg and fruit gardening then with cannabis, so why bother hiding them,, you've nothing to hide. By renting a van and going all sneaky, you are ust making a bigger case for your activities. Go about your shopping as if you've nothing to hide :)

And i do. And so do many amny others around where i live. Maybe being a home grower and living in a hugely medical marijuana state alters your perspective, but if i see someone with gardening supplies who isn't walking into a high rise complex, we all tend to think gardening, because gardening happens to be very very popular amoungst people with gardens. It's not an idiom for every situation, but it certainly rings true around here.

Not to mention, if the issue is arriving at home, then how non-suscpicoius are you going to look as your neighbour watches you pull a plastic tray that woudl easily ahve fitted in your van, form a rental van. They're not gonna ask themselves just why in heck you went and did that now?? :D

Sure they do, in the UK the citizens don't even know what floodtrays look like... nor what they are for, other than gardeners or pot growers, hydroponics means very little to us other than water based. As i say, there are factors that determine what people will be thinking.

And again, are you telling me that your neighbour is going to be less suspicious if he see's you unloading items from a renta truck that could have easily fit in the van in the driveway as the advice suggests. No, that makes them more suspicious, is this thread not about minimizing peoples suspicions?

I don't trust anyone locally knowing anything. I haven't told my closest friends anything, other than they can't come chill at my place lol. I am assuming you seen some one doing this lol.

tip. i was moving some shit in a uhaul but we were in a bad area wasn't really able to unload right away. we were more afraid of someone breaking in and stealing stuff. so we put a mossberg trigger lock on the truck because it was late and couldn't buy a regular lock or find one either. apparently the mossberg lock scare people away. a neighbor over heard some one say " they don't have the lock on their shotgun. so not going to mess with that". I laughed so hard when i heard that. use locks from your gun and people will be detered
