Due to untimely circumstance i have to harvest. will i be ok?

I was going to take some advise from whodatnation and not harvest till next weekend. These are pics from yesterday and unfortunately i must harvest soon cuz ill be gone for a week out of state and dont have anyone to come over and fill up the res or maintain them...i have a buddy to take my grow dome with my 2-T.D.s, 1-P.E.s, 3-Strawberry haze, & 1- bubblelicious. i can hold off till monday evening but thats it..ive had my lights off since friday night and friday during the day i just ran 1-43w cfl...they are very close, i think. the buds have swollen up where the hairs come out of. they kinda are tear dropped shaped in lil clusters. they really smell amazing and the trichomes are standing straight up with a lil ball on top...i have 45x zoom eye piece and all are standing up...the hairs are about 50% brown...i could probably use 7 days longer but 2 will have to do...will i be ok is my question i guess...and do you recommend the turning off light thing? does any1 have any tricks of the trade tips for last few days and maybe a few for harvesting? thanx

hmm plenty time left on those i'd say ... more than a week.
Turning lights off towards end DOES help the white strains definately..... widow ...russian etc..... but I've never really seen any difference with other strains at all.
They are ready when ready and they aint :(
Damn shame you have to cut... bet they'd go 2 weeks more.

If you gotta... you gotta.
I'd say they have at minimum another couple wks.
Make sure it's flushed. Leave in the dark for the last 24 hrs. Manicure. Dry. Cure.

You're losing all your major weight though.. this is where they really pack it in, is in the last 2 weeks.

If your just going outa town for a week id say let um go while your gone give them a good good water and they will last a week easy iv had plants last 2 weeks w/o water. if your using hydro then you are good to go soon as u get home just give them a lota tlc. it will get you a lot better bud than what you would get now

Timers are your friend u can set one up to even water your plants if u buy the right equip. maby that would help get a water timer some are pretty cheap under 50 bucks

dude why are you harvesting? ok lets look at this situation. your going away for a week, you think u need to harvest cus there will be no one to maintain them, so therefore youre going to kill them right?....couldnt you just fill the res with plain water all the way up and let them go on their own, whats the worst thats going to happen? they die? guess what bud, harvesting kills em to. honestly i dont think you HAVE to harvest, i think you justcant wait any longer and are making excuses in order to harvest now while still justifying it to yourself that its okay to do. doesnt make any sense. i see a thread like this every other week and im so sick of it. STOP MAKING EXCUSES BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE WANT TO HARVEST EARLY, EITHER WAY YOUR WRONG AND ITS NOT READY, if you want to chop its up to you, but IMHO your reasoning is bad, and i think you cant wait any longer and no matter what any of us say ur going to harevest as u have already shut the lights on them...so why are you asking.....fuck...



im prob gonna get hellfor this one but im just so sick of seeing this same fuckign post with the same SORRY ass excuse to harvest your plants halfway through fucking flower....they arent even close to ready to, they need many more days than 7. beleive what you want, its your smoke, not mine

youre a jack ass... my fuckin grandma died in cali...i said i have found a buddy to come and check on em. i showed him how to check the ph and how to feed em and everything... who shit in your cereal. i thought they were close but apparently they are not. its my 1st grow so advice like letting them grow longer cuz they need 2 or more weeks and maybe find a friend to help out is the advice i took. if you hate questions like that then go fuck yourself you grumpy bitch.

StonedKila - in the near future i plan i getting into a RDWC but the funds ive put into my current system will have to pay for its self before i can spend more money....maybe 2-3 grows from now if my patience and my enthusiasm can last that long

thanx for the solid advice guys and ill give my girls a few more weeks... i found a buddy who grows a few towns away and he said he stop by a few times while im gone...im actually gunna be gone for 8 days and 9 nights...so that was my concern about something going astray while left with no one home to keep an eye on em...i.e. fire, power goes out(oh well they die like the guy before said) or what not, i dunno... but yeah I showed a buddy where my shit is and how to work with hydro since he uses soil... he also gunna tend to my grow dome of Tangerine Dreams, Pineapple Express, Bubblicious, & Strawberry Haze, my 2nd shot at growing. this time a lil more prepared, lil more knowledgeable, & lil more better funded...

hey i might be a jackasss but at least you didnt harvest early, i got my point across :)
