First of all, in my book there are no dumb questions.

Now to your question. Noise of any sort will not affect your plants at all as long as there isnt heavy vibrations along with it.

absolutley not. but for some reason when im working in my room during lights out{with a green light of course} i always find myself being extra quiet. hmm thats funny.
