Before you start LSTing I would suggest rotating her 1/4-1/2 a turn a day to get light distributed through out the plant instead of a few places getting all the light. The size of the plant after flower is usually double to triple the size of the vegged size so keep that in mind. Also, try and get the CFL real close 1-2" or when the plant tips turn yellow move light up till the plant shows no symptoms of heat stress. CFL are good lights but the light dissipates greatly after a few inches 1" away 23wat around 2000 lumens, 4" away 300-400 lumens these are not exact numbers but close enough to give you the idea.

Thank you, i was unaware of that. i have now 1 (100 watt) CFL about 2 inches away, and one philips plant light about a foot and a half away. shes perked up quite a bit since last week, i'll post pictures tonight. I plan on low stress training her on saturday or friday.
