DWC Bubbleponics with top feed 6 plant!

Just curious man how tall is the plant your holding there and how many weeks you veggin?

This pic is about 2 weeks old(same time as root pic), it's since doubled in girth and bushyness...Vegged about 5 weeks, this was right at the switch to 12/12, maybe 2 or 3 days in...they're approaching 3 weeks 12/12 now...2-2.5 feet tall, and wider than shit...lol

Try bending it into a training method... Mine weren't that thick but I had to keep em bent for a while and they trained like that but bending is what I'd try...

thats what im saying though, the monster is so think that im worried that if i break it while bending that i wont be able to repair it and my crop is done..i have 6 plants and the monster has made up 99%...the others are just there to take up space. I cannot afford to lose it. Anyone know of a method to stunt it now? it has already almost tripled in size since flower, im now into 3rd week flower...only 2 weeks from bud formation...they are now starting to bulk up and get frosty, but i still have about 30 days more to go.

I'd try bending but not so much as to where it breaks but I did read yesterday where if they do snap is ok cuz they heal theirselves but in the process of healing it puts a hold on the bud process but I used big fishing weights for mine outside cuz I couldnt tie it to anything but you could try the weight thing it slowly bends it without so much force but it's all your call bro...

Fishing weights sound like a good idea, i know if it breaks i can be repaired, however risking to break the main stem and repair the main stem is risky because of the stress level it would put it under. I will try the fishing weights tomorrow during the day cycle...pics with follow up!

The AK47...This is the plant in a 5 gallon DWC that I posted pics of earlier...All these pics are taken under my HPS, so the color is a bit off...

And here's a picture of the whole happy family...those plants in back are in soil, and the two in front are DWC, and the lower left cornet is one of my 12/12 from seed DWC seedlings.

Looks good, do you not trim any of your larger fan leaves?

Eh, sometimes...I usually leave them this early in flower. I tuck them under like once a day, and the next day most of them have popped back upright.

Why not start not to give a spurt for your bud production...half of the top fan leaves and remove some of the lower smaller bud sites and shaded fan leaves....

half as in half of the leaves cut off...you know what i meant!

Naw, I'll just tuck my leaves under, occasionally I might take a leaf or two, but I'd rather move them out of the way than remove them, less stress to the plant.

This was the first time I've trimmed my fan leaves it seems like it stunted it's growth for a day or two but after they heal up seems like an adrenaline rush to the buds...

Thats what happens, they re-direct energy to the wounded areas to repair, then when they are good they will focus energy on budding....the whole reason that they "bud up" is for the hopes of being pollinated, they are building up their pistils with resin to help the pollen stick.
