hey peps my bucket is foaming over.
PH+ to lower PH
BAKING SODA to raise PH air stones on and no nutes, foam, foam, foam.
and another thing do i adjust the ph of water then add nutes and adjust,or do not adjust PH of water add nutes and then adjust?New to hydroponics and this is my first hydro grow.

It is probably a reaction between the acid in the PH down, and the baking soda.
Try mixing a small amount of your PH down, and baking soda on a plate and see what happens.

How many threads are you going to start?

thanks for reply angelsbandit, sorry bout the thread thing.just egar to solve problem, what about using vinigar to lower and baking soda to raise. any side effects for the plants?

Havent you ever done the volcano project at school??????
Baking soda and vinager will have a chemical reaction and erupt all over the place??
Are you serious? Go to the store and get some real ph up/down

No way, go to the store and get some red food coloring, that's the hot setup.

Yeah PH Down is a Acid so its definitely a reaction between the PH Down and Baking Soda just buy another bottle of PH UP and use that ...

Try diluting the ph stuff in water before adding to your buckets, add each in separate, diluted, the reaction might be less or gone? That’s all I got, I can’t just dump it in my res...

Nevermind, missed the grade 7 volcano thing..
