DWC cloning help needed

I cannot find a good aero cloning tutorial anywhere. I failed on my first attempt. I need to know how deep I should be putting the clones in the cloner, if the clones should actually be above the water or below the water and what’s a good ph for the water for clones?

Should I use clonex In The water? Also right now I have a prebuilt cloner I bought from the store and it only has a tiny little bubbler and I think this is the issue. Should I replace with a bigger pump and air stone? Thanks
