Intake/Outtake Fans w/speed control
Mini Circulating Fan
Scrog Net
Air Pump/Air Stone
Air Conditioned Room
Hydroton
Rockwool
LED Light
Advance Nutrients Grand Master Grower Box
Carbo-Load

(Considering Purchase of a Humidifier)

LED light, raised to max height, on lowest dim setting
Temp 75-79 degrees Fahrenheit (Day)
Temp 66-69 degrees Fahrenheit (Night)
50-60% Relative Humidity

Wednesday, July 08 (Germination Day 1) Day 1
1. Soaked seed overnight, placed in a dark and warm place. (75-80 degrees)

Thursday, July 09 (Germination Day 2) Day 2
1. Inspected seed. Seed still floating. Tapped seed. Seed sank to the bottom.
2. Removed seed and carefully folded into a wet, but not dripping, paper towel to soak overnight.

Friday, July 10 (Germination Day 3) Day 3
1. Seedling has germinated. Placed seedling to the side for now.
2. Added one gallon of (distilled) water to the reservoir in order to ensure aeration of solution to be used for the next week.
The solution does not come anywhere near the net pot at this time and is simply being stored in the bucket to aerate and make management of PH easier.
3. Let the air stone aerate the water for 30 minutes because I planned on adding some microbes and very small amount of nutrients.
Hoping to stimulate root growth and speed things up even just a tiny bit since I have only one plant for my first serious attempt at growing high quality cannabis to enjoy.

Added
1 drop cal/mag (was told soil-less mixes are missing this)
1 drop B-52 (to stimulate root growth)
1 drop Carbo Load (beneficial to microbes)
1 drop Voodoo Juice (microbes)
1 drop Piranha (microbes generally used during first weeks of veg/flowering)
1 drop Tarantula (microbes generally used during veg/flowering)
1 drop Sensi Grow A
1 drop Sensi Grow B
(9 ppm altogether)

4. PH'd water to 5.8
5. Dropped rockwool to soak in the reservoir for 2 hours
6. Checked PH of water still 5.8
7. Removed rockwool, shook excess moisture out of the rockwool, being careful not to squeeze it.
8. Carefully placed sprouted seed into rockwool tip down with tweezers and covered hole with a little bit of rockwool.
9. Added one layer of hydroton, placed the rockwool on top, and filled in the surrounding area with hydroton letting the sides go a little higher to cover the holes in the net pot. Dripped 1mL of water from the reservoir onto the rockwool directly in the center for good measure. Will check up in 5-6 hours to check moisture. Might drip 1mL before bed.

Saturday, July 11 (Germination Day 4) Day 4
1. Inspected rockwool, almost dry. No sign of seedling.
2. Checked PH, still 5.8
3. Dripped 15mL water onto center of rockwool 1mL at a time.
4. Checked moisture 12 hours later. Dripped 15mL water onto center of rockwool 1mL at a time.

Sunday, July 12 (Seedling Day 1) Day 5
1. Inspected rockwool. Still kind of moist. Waited 6 hours to check again. Almost dry.
2. Checked PH still 5.8
3. Watered with 15mL water (1mL at a time) onto the center of the rockwool.
4. (Taboo) Pulled rockwool piece covering the seed off to take a peak inside. The seedling had sprouted inside the rockwool cube. It was not stuck in the shell, but the seedling was folded downward with the seed holding it against the rockwool. I (with extreme care) removed the seed shells. Slightly increased the rockwool opening near the top, being careful not to expose the root or pull on it, and unfolded the seedling. Gently held it in an unfolded position to insert tiny pieces of rockwool from the same cube to fill the tiny gap around the stem. Let the seedling lay on top of the rockwool.
5. Checked PH still 5.8 and watered with 15mL water (1mL at a time) onto the center of the rockwool before bed.

With all of the AN products that you're using, you should be all set with not having to check your pH unless your water supply is really out of whack. I used the Carboload, Tarantula etc on my first hydro grow but gave all that stuff up for H2O2. So much simpler. Best of luck on your grow!

Yes, I agree! Main reason I bought it, but I had issues with another grow where the ph did not regulate itself. Not sure if it was just during low ppm or if my ph pen was off (it was a super cheap pen, so that's probably it). Bought a Blue Lab PH pen and now PH two different ways to double check everyday even if it seems pointless or mundane lol. I'll have to experiment with H2O2 sometime. I have heard a lot of people using it. Thanks for stopping by.

Thursday, July 16 (Seedling Day 5) Day 9
1. Inspected plant, slight growth in height, width, and, root length.
2. PH still self regulating
3. Added more hydroton
