Dwc Grow Club

I let them get about 3ft tall, then I will top it in a bunch of places to get it to bush up. I usually let it get about 6ft. I always end up having to tie her down a lot. As you probably noticed in the pics, the one side got so heavy and ended up splitting the trunk down the middle. I was able to patch her up, and she exploded after that.
The light I am using is a 400W HPS.

Like i said in that +R hit, i just hope to get all trichy and crap like those... Out of curiosity coupled with laziness. What additives and base line are u using?

Dude, what made you settle on only using CAL/MAG?

I'm using the Sensi A&b Grow & Bloom with Big Bud and Bud Candy plus B-52 and VooDoo

Your using no cannizym nor voodoo nor???

Well, so far I have kept my plants menu simple and it seems to work well for me. As much as I would love to win the cannabis cup one day :), the weed I grow gets very good reviews. Of course the people I mostly sell to are used to the old stale crusty pk weed, so even the shitty stuff I have made is like uber mega kush to them haha.

Once I get situated into more of a fine tuned process I will start to use more additives.
Each grow I add a new item to the process.

After 5 harvests, I just now got a ppm meter hehe.

Looking good atrum. Shes a beast man. Had some blackberry come thru not to long ago smelled real niice everyone loved it wasnt around for long. Nice thick nuggs tons of bag appeal not sure if it was nirvanas tho. Anyway thanks for the porn.

Yo dL thanks for the props man. I wish I had a camera decent enough to get a shot of these sticky nuggs. There is so much frosting I have had to fight back the urge to lick em. haha.
 
Yea bro was gonna say the blackberry that came thru looked like it was dipped in sugar. Dense nuggs no water leaves good stuff almost had a wierd berry type of bubblegum smell to it.
 
Yep, it is definitely my favorite thus far. I'm going to have this blackberry going for a while. My cloning skills are decent enough now that I can just keep growing the same genetics over and over. I'm sure I will want to switch out eventually though. Know any indica dominant strains you can recommend I should try?
 
yo guys, I think I have a smell related problem here.

So here's the story.

A man came to by door today to try and sell me some magazines. I'm sure you all know the same story they give where they are trying to earn points for something.
Well he made a statement that made me jump a little. He said that my home sure smelled good, really good in fact.

He then discretely asked if he could buy some smoke from me.

Too make a long story short, I turned him down on both the smoke and the magazines.

My fear is that my odor control is not enough. I have a 4 inch fan with carbon filter working day and night in my grow room.
What else can I do to get the last little bit of smell out of my home so that people visiting my door step don't get hit in the face with that really good smell?

hi there atrumblood, i had 4" carbon filter and fan (160m3h)and it was not enough so i got 5" rino filter and 6" fan the rino filter is 500m3h and 6" fan is 495m3h also i rapped all the ducting with plastic sheeting so no smell would get out threw tiny holes in the ducting also i have a uvozone gen but i never need it on it jus sits there doin nothin....

i am trying to decide between a 250w and a 400w. I was at my local hydro shop the other weekend and held my hand under a 400w and was it did not seem to be kicking off much heat. the reflector that the light was mounted to was really open and had a fan blowing on it. I am growing in a closet and security is not a huge issue, would just leaving a closet door open while lights are on be sufficient?

hi there bassplayer9512 if heats not a problem i would go for the 400 as ur only gona upgrade from 250 to 400 so might aswell go for the 400...thats me but its up to u my friend
 
yeah that is what i really have been thinking especially since i live 5 min from a high tech garden supply and there 400w is $2 more than the 250w. With about 175w of CFL right now for veg temps are stayin at about 72 F. here are some pics of my set up

hey there atrumblood i have had the same thing happen to me not long ago, i think those mag sellers are vultures with smoke. i had them coming by my door every other day last summer. if they even smell a hint of smoke they will be hassling you for some. i just stopped answering the door during the summer for anyone i dont know lol
