How far should i hang it from my plants? Mines coming ina week. I'm not sure what to get for ventilation. Whats something i can do ? thanks

.Ya i can keep my 250watt like 4in away from the tops of my mothers cause i got a big 20in boxfan right next to it but i keep it at like 8in so i dont have to worry about it burning my plants.

Eh bro yea i am doing a sog with pink indica...The tallest cutting in the tub right now has reached 29 inches..I think I could expect final harvest hieghts of 38 - 44 inches on some of them.. Are u growing indicas?
Bro it would be cool if u hit the sog thread and did a run down on ur set-up.
Its not just my sog bro..I created it so peeps could come in and share ideas about there particular dwc sogs. Im trying to learn more everyday. Ive grown perpetual plant sog's in the past but trying Als methods and its cool to see other's doing it in DWC.
I think we are the only peeps here trying this come check it out.

Nice,What i did was stack up a couple bins and put a boxfan right next to where the light is. I run the fan out the slideing doors and it helps keep my temps between
68-75. If i run the 250w with my closet doors closed the temps will get in the hundreds and kill the plants.So if i was you i would probably get a cooltube and cfm fans for proper ventalation. Or go the cheap way and get like a boxfan next to your light and a little fan you can mount on the wall on the other side of the light.
Is it a walk in closet or sliding doors closet?

Dam how tall is your cuttings when you first start them in flower cycle?The NL strain i got is 80% indica and 20% sativa.
Ya dude ima gonna check out that thread,im not doing a perpetual right now cause i dont have a seprate room for my veg chameber but i think after this harvest i might be able to divide my closet to make a perpetual closet,it wouldnt be that hard to do it now that i think about it.

Yea NL likes head room bro. Not as much as the pink but still the same kinda monster.
I took my cuttings between 4 and seven inches. The key is starting with uniform cuttings i think. No matter what size they are my seven inch cuttings are dwarfing the smaller cuttings at this point but ur tub looks clean bro. + reps for sure.
I just got done with an nl cross. Nl is awesome.Luckily u cut them small.

Thanks man,I could take so many more cuttings from these plants there so thick and tall its crazy i really need to go get a usb cable for my camera so i can take some clean pictures.

NLXHAZE takes along time thats why I rotated it out. About 11-12 weeks flowering. Never did just a str8 NL tho. Id have to research particular times on that.

Ya,harvest time is 6-8 weeks well see though.I cant wait for these bitches to bud out hopefully there both female so i dont have to tear up the root system,theres so many cola sites its gonna be fat.Theres alot of lower bush though that wont get much light.I also have a nute burn fan leave in the middle of the plant i was thinking of cutting it off but its not really bad but it is burnt.

Yea, For how far away from the plants it all depends on the heat comeing from the bulb and the temps in the room but like i said i have my 250w hps 6in from my plants with good air circulation.I started my seedlings 18in away from the light and then started keeping the light closer to the plants as i went.I dont have any experience with a 400w but i think theres a light chart in the growfaq..How far should i hang it from my plants? Mines coming ina week. I'm not sure what to get for ventilation. Whats something i can do ? thanks

I went out and bought a timer for my lights today it was like $15..
I also bought a new bong so im taken hits from the bong right now..
And im also testing this timer to see if it works..
When i turn on the lights in like 3 hours it will be 1 week of flowering..I dont see any signs off sex yet but i havent had enough time to really look..I also have to soundproof my pumps and res. cause the buzzing is lound in rooms next door..so any suggestions would be nice.Heres some random pics.. The last pic is NL#2 at like 2 weeks
