dwc not flowering 4 weeks into 12/12

I've got 8 5 gallon dwc buckets with 6 different strains and none are barely showing any flower.just a few hairs The ph is right no light leaks ppm is right around 1000 bubbling great plenty of ventilation and air moving around. I've been doing dwc ebb and flow and soil for years and never had this problem. They're about 2 months from seed by the way...any ideas?

They stretched and now have stopped but barely any flower. I'm using flora duo big swell and infinity

All i know is light leaks and topping right before 12/12 which slows the flower while it recovers, other tan that ,,, don't know??

are they mostly sativa?

maybe your nutes are off. too much nitrogen...?

I had this problem once... Wrong bulbs in my flower fixture... Hope you figure it out. Good luck!

I can tell 4 days into flip if they're flowering
