I have clones going right now off these plants to find the sex. They should be showing within a few days. Once that is done I will be able to remove some plants and I'm assuming that would drop humdity a bit. I know the temps are a bit low (due to it being in the basement).
This guy is full of it!
If that liquid temp hits 70 or more. You will discover the joys of root rot!
You over reacted at a little minor "claw". I suspect the following is why it clawed (and yes, your N was getting high)...
You need to add back a less then 100% solution when adding back (topping off).
Use a 33% solution to top off. Mix 2 gallons of straight water to 1 gallon of 100% solution and you have your 33%.
Now then, this is important now. I have several thing's to say here, on the different problems your doing....
When you fill the res for the first time. You remember how much it took to fill it in total.
Now as the res solution gets used and you add back or top off - use that 33% solution BUT,
remember how much you top off with every time.
Once the amount your about to add back will equal the amount of solution you used to fill the res to start with....
STOP,
dump the res and refill with 100% solution and start the whole thing over.
Same for Veg and bloom!
Now then, the other part of the story.
If you do not have a pump circulating between all 4 buckets.... Disconnect them and let them be each a stand alone bucket!
Why?
If you don't add back in each bucket...You'r getting an unbalanced (or unequal) NPK value in them.
This alone could account for your uneven plant problems.. This could lead to a possible pH issue down the road too.
That is why there is RDWC (Recirculating Deep Water Culture) for connected buckets!
As far as the 100% vs 33% add back. The plant uses "about" 33% of the nutrient available in that solution. By adding back 100% solution. You can over feed something rather quick (so to say).
The other point on this situation, is that the plant also puts back waste compounds into that res solution. This is why over time you would see a rising ppm count in the res.
Dumping and refilling, removes that plant waste. if you don't? Very easy to get pH issues and blocking etc. This can,,,kill the plant in extreme case's. (not being aware of it and not taking care of it).

Feel free to ask away...
