IMO you should have used MH for veg, wouldn't stretch so much.

that poor plant. it is stressing with the heat from your HPS. get that light raised! you see how the leaves are curling upwards? that is the plant's natural reaction to try and catch rain water in the leaves. i bet those leaves feel papery or crispy to the touch. HPS is for flowering plants, not seedlings. a 400w for a single small plant is way way too much. a plant that size would benefit from a 200w CFL 6500K "blue" bulb. check your RH as well, it should be at least 60%. change the bulb, stick a mini humidifier in there and hope that girl doesn't hermie.
