Looks like nute burn to me but best wait second response. when u say miraclegrow do u mean the soil or the water soluble bytes?

As long as the new growth looks good, carry on. But in all probability you burned it if you fed according to directions. That seedling is still too young to be fed yet, and when you DO start feeding the MG, only do so at 1/4 strength max.

MG Soil has way too many built in nutes to put a seedling straight into. It will stunt and burn it hard. Would be best to start over with a healthy seed and dont put into MG until a first transplant. That is if you still feel like using MG.

Poor little thing........... I would transplant it to something like pro mix, just tip the cup over, and take the little plant&root, and put it in a nute free mix, with pure water, just a very small amount of water down the middle till she comes back. no nutes till she comes back + 7 days, then 1/4 the recommended dose. hope it works...
