yeah, but make sure ur set up BEFORE they pop up... in my case I wasn't ready, and didn't get lights on them until like 5 days later, and one plant stretched out and just fell over.... poor baby.....

Also, a couple more questions, now that I'm not stoned or drunk it should be easier :) Will a seed break if you don't bake it before hand? If I use a mist maker on a slightly higher level than where the plant is starting to grow with a declining slope that leads to the plant for the fog to flow down, will this be too much, too little, or not enough water? What's the best soil to use? (I know I can find a couple of these out in 101 already asked questions, but I figured it shouldn't hurt to ask them here as well just for more opinions)

As for your 1st question, as soon as I plant my little babies I start the timer on 16/8 and then whenever they pop up, the timer is in control now. So they could pop up in the middle of the lighting hours or even when it's dark. Whatever the situation, everything will be fine as the plants will get adjusted to the continuous hours of light.

I'm not sure I get your 1st question in your last reply. All you have to do is start the seed in between some wet paper towels and it should germinate within a few days. The best soil to use in the beginning is STARTING SOIL. Jiffy's has always done me good, but any should do. Good luck!

Yeah I should get a soft florescent light and some starting soil ASAP then, right?

And about the baking question, I was talking to a friend last night and I told him that I was starting a seed and he was like "Oh did you bake it?" and he said when he was growing he would bake the seeds before allowing them to sprout. Apparently it works either way though.

And about my question about the water vaporizer- it seems to put out a lot of water, and if I let it sit and vaporize on my bedroom floor there's always a fairly large damp spot around it. I was thinking it would give the plant a constant flow of water, and it'd look pretty tite too :) Has anyone else ever experimented with this type of thing?
