If youre looking for something on the cheap and with good output, no matter efficiency then this would be it. Cant find any cheaper solutions tbh. Im not saying it is bad just that the seller is overselling the spec to the point where the math isnt mathing. This is common in todays market. China (where theyre all made) adds a bit on the spec, then whoever reselling in western market.
What is your budget and priorities? If there is any comercial aspect to this just put a away something from every harvest to have something ready for when you want/need to change it

One benefit with these lights is that you can get a tried and tested hps ballast to power it. I would have less trust in a china led driver on a extreme cheapo light than a hps ballast sourced thru a regular uk/euro distributor. Power supply is one of the easiest thing to have a failure with.
 
With the Lumatek LED lights I use, a 465w Lumatek Zeus pro fits a 4x4 tent perfectly. The 600w lumatek Zeus pro fits a 5x5 tent perfectly. So if you have a 4x8 space (which is equal to 120 X 240 X 200cm) then two Lumatek 465w Zeus pro light's would fit your space perfectly. But if you are on a tight budget then I probably wouldn't look into using LED lights to start with. I would start with a dual spectrum HPS bulb and a ballast as they are a lot cheaper and they do the job. For your tent size I would either use two 600w HPS bulbs or two 1000w bulbs. Two 600w HPS bulbs will do the trick, but two 1000w bulbs would probably be better.

Fwiw these budget end LEDs from the likes of omega, lumii n maxibright are never gonna put out the kind of numbers advertised on the spec sheet. It's just not possible at the price point, even my omega infinity pro 3.0 will be nowhere near 3.0, I even doubt my hlgs achieve that and they're double the price per watt. But that's not to say they aren't a worthy investment, I've got a lumii black 720/960 that uses 2 600w hps ballasts over a 1.5x1.5 on the 960w setting and it's doing a mighty fine job of flowering plants. I think the main problem with it will be longevity due to them using cheap components. But I can't see why you shouldn't get atleast a year out of them and by that time you should be able to upgrade them to something better.
