Early Cloning???

I know you are supposed to wait until a plant is 2 months old to clone anything from it but I was wondering if 10 days would really matter. I have a plant that is this much shy of being two months old and is slightly over a foot high and I would like to clone a few from it now but definitely don't want to hurt it so I thought I would ask before I actually did it? What do you guys think?

i never heard of waiting 2 months... I have taken clones as early as 6 weeks from sprout and didn't have any problems.

wait till ur about to flower to start chopping off ur plant for clones.
under what basis do you say this.

once a plant is around 5-6 weeks from seed or 4-5 weeks from a cloned donor plant then you could clone, you dont have to wait until you are ready to flower.

what if you want to veg the clones????

sorry but i completely disagree, you can cut clones as soon as your plant is viable not just before flowering.

Cool enough, only one thing, two day ago I transplanted it from a 3 gallon bucket into a 5 gallon bucket, do you think I should wait a few more days to see if there is any transplant shock or should it matter at all?

Since you guys are on the issue I won't start a new thread, I was planning on topping my plant to get multiple colas, once i cut off the shoots can i clone that cutting? If so, is it possible to clone strait into my medium without rockwool, peat pellet, etc.?

always wait around 7 days to allow her to get over any transplant shock before you shock her by cloning .IMO

5days minimum.

better safe then sorry.
