Early flower buds are burnt looking

First ever outdoor grow. Everyrhing was going great then BLIGHT(leaf spetoria) set in. Been fighti g that got it kinda under control but now new buds look burned leaf tips growing crooked.

There's fungus pants but no other bugs. Even got my jewlers loop disnt see any. Spraying yes baking soda water an a little peroxide for the leaf septoria stopped spraying that a few days ago.
 
This looks really 'off', why are the pistils dead, it looks to be in very early flower?
I'm a proponent of the 'last thing I did' method. So:
1) Were the flower heads like that BEFORE you sprayed? Because if it was septoria, then septoria doesn't cause that.
2) If the answer is 'no', then I suspect your spray caused that. How much dripped into the medium? What is the pH of the medium now?
 
ppm going in is 800-1050 coming out was like 2200. 6.8 oh foing in 5.9-6.2 out.I got to looking at the bottom of the airpot and alot of roots grew through the seam of the bag. So im not sure if I got salt build up in the bag or if the roots sucking up the drain through on the ground. It's about 6inchs off the ground.
