Early flowering plant back to vegging

Ok here the story I had a nice mother plant that I started flowering and after a few weeks I regretted it and I put her back on 24hr lights.
That was 2-3 weeks ago my other plants kept flowering nicely well these have stood the same.

My question is I wanna start using her as a mother again do I cut where the buds are ?? and new growth will happen or do the buds go away? if i do cut will they root ?

Theres decent bud everywhere... I have only personally seen a small bit of bud visually on a plant that was able to re veg. However, i have also seen a plant be harvested and left with just the stub, and flowers started to grow back as well.

So, i have no clue.
