early flowering question

Alright so, If you had a plant that was about a week away from showing it's pre flowers, would putting it into 12/12 now save any time? because there is always that 10 day or more stretch period when flowering starts before actual budding begins. would this save me that extra week? since the plant is actually aging still while it stretches? or would i just be on 12/12 for an extra week?

Will still be same time to flower. May take a bit to start flowering...i usually wait til i see sex before i flip. Thats when a plant is mature and ready to flower. Putting it in 12/12 it will still take a week or two to start flowering...so not really saving time in the end.

You can put it in to flower...but not sure if it will finish in 8 weeks. May take an extra week idk. Depends on strain and genetics...some start to flower soon as you put them in in first week...but like i said i wait til i see preflowers.

It wont hurt it to go under 12/12.
