Early sexing without cloning...

Is there a way to determine the sex of your plant pretty early without cloning? I don't think i'll be able to support clones in the setup i'm setting up.

Could you let the sprouts veg for a little then switch to 12/12 for long enough to determine sex, then flip back to veg? Or would that interrupt the life cycle?

You can easily set up a cloning chamber in a trash can with a 23 watt cfl... it is very stealth and cheap and easy

switching between vegging and flowering is OK.. but it is not efficient and could fook your plants.. although it is unlikely.
