Do you actually think (err ... sorry, I meant to say "feel") that Bush and Cheney control oil prices? Cheney's visit with the Saudi Emirs was a political move with the intent of harming Iran's economy in an effort to collapse their leadership. The oil wouldn't be falling in price unless the Emirs agreed to go along with the idea. They are going along with Cheney's plan because its to their advantage to. If we lose in Iraq and the Middle East becomes a cauldron of violence with Iran leading the way, the Saudis will be toast. How many countries belong to OPEC and who are they Med?

Oh, and by the way ... Iran is already starting to make concessions.
