In MA, no retail store is legally able to sell seeds to rec growers. Even at NECAN, there will be no vendor with thc seeds. Only legal hemp/cbd products can be sold; including seeds.

I know of a store in MA where you can walk in and buy seeds. I assumed it was all legal, but just in case it’s not, I will refrain from linking to their website. I don’t want to cause problems on my very first post.

Edit: Just spoke with them on the phone. You’re right. It’s not a retail shop. It’s located in MA but it’s all done through the mail.
