I like the way these companies that are in the grow field get into every-fucking-thing they can possibly get into whether its been done or not, this has been done.
It took a little long to activate if you ask me, this is probably because it has a metal link in it that melts in heat and activates the extinguisher , had the fire not been directly under the thing it would have taken even longer to activate. You could probably find better quality but for the money that one def beats nothing at all.

I got 4 in my room. The small one mounts to the wall and covers a 4x4 area. The middle one covers a 5x5 or a 6x6 I don't remember. And mounts to the roof. The large one mounts to the roof and covers a 7x7 area. All that is in feet. I have the small ones. Dosnt cover my full area but placed them over my ballests and electrical locations. Figured there really isn't mush need fir them in open space with nothing to catch fire. But the time might come when I cover the whole thing just to be safe.

They are set to go off at 150 degrees. Any lower I think it could go off by accident if your AC of a fan didn't work right. And there not be a fire.

sounds reasonable, had people trying to sell me those kind of systems for homes back in the 90s, pricey back then. sounds like a nice form of protection.

I actually just received a free one of these the other day. It was the prize I chose for having the bud of the month on another site.

It seems pretty badass and it will be nice knowing that it's in the room just in case.
