I plan on starting my first grow in a month or so but for now Im trying to soak up as much info as i can before i buy all my supplies. my question is. when i order seeds what should i get? I'm looking for something that is "forgiving" in case i don't do it perfect the first time. something that yields a decent amount and doesn't get tooooo tall would be beneficial. again I'm a complete newbie. any suggestions peeps?

Northern Lights is a pretty simple plant. every easy to work with. (i would stay away from KC brains. I had a bad experience with their NL. )
Ive read AK-47/48 is a good starter too.

I'm a first timer also, have both AK47 and White Widow started from seed...I'll keep you updated on the ease of grow for these strains. Also whatever you plan to spend on your set up, add about 600.00 to it. It adds up in a hurry, and youll be amazed at how many things pop up when your at the grow store. Anyhow good luck and I'll stay in touch.

I was just gonna start a little PC grow so I'm hoping it's not an additional $600 than what I already think rofl. Anyways, I was thinking AK48 or Ice from Nirvana, anybody grown these or had any experiences with them? Easy to grow, yield, easy to scrog, flavor, smell?

white widow is easy i heard, maybe some Afgani Kush.
forget white widow, go straight to black widow, despite the name its the original white widow by the original breeder shantibaba, its dank as and easy to grow short and bushy. exactly what your after, you will not be dissapointed.
