they're called 'generation joints'...

you save up a few of them and roll a joint... that's a 1st generation.... save a few 1st generation roaches and roll a joint with that...

that's 2nd generation...... save a few 2nd generation joints, roll a joint with that.... that's the 3rd generation... and so on and so forth.......

i've never gone past 3rd generation, takes a bunch of joints.......... if you want to reach the 7th generation you have to smoke like over 10,000 joints or some shit like that........ BOOOYAAAHH!!!!!
