ebb and flow help

guys my seedlings are now 1 month old and am moving them into the flow table, my question is how many times a day and for how long should i let them soak pls

many thanks pls answer quick :weed:

what media are you using, i like loose rockwool they usually need watering every other day or so. if hydroton you should water 2-3 times a day only while lights on. and just water to fill line then drain, no soaking.

Still need more info . What size are your cubes ? I use the 6" cubes and I water once a day right now . I have clones that were planted last week .
