Ebb & Flow Vs Ebb & Grow

I'm a beginner and i"m looking to start an grow room and I'm trying to find out which hydro system would be suit my needed. I want to start a SOG kinda like the one "Al B. Fuct" has gone... be lately alot of people have been telling me to go with a bucket system because its easier and less maintance.. is this true.. I'm leaning to get the flow table should I????

I love my ebb and flow table with grodan cubes (6 in cube).

I like the multi flow, Is this your first time out the gate? look up the Hempy buckets.

I personally like the drip system or the N.F.T

Ebb and flow table has got to be one easiest systems to manage. Once it is set up it only takes me about 15mins every 4-5 days to check the nutes, top up, and Im out the door. Shit I dont even change out the nutes anymore, so its the same nutes from veg all the way to flower. Though I do change from veg nutes to flower nutes, I just top up to keep the ppm at the level I want but I dont ever dump the water. So for me E&F tables are a lazy mans dream.
