Ebb n flow controller bucket scheme help

Hey, guys, hope this is right place to ask.
Building my Ebb n flow bucket system and im stuck with controller bucket wiering.
I have bought level switches, relays, sockets for relays, still need a timer and connectors, but I can't figure out how to wire all them together right way.
I looking the assambley scheme here http://www.aquahub.com/store/media/EbbandFlowControlInstruxV3.2.pdf but can't understand it fully, someone have done it maybe? And can help a little? For example which wires and in what places to add to the relays? Thank you.

That's a lot of work for something that in my mind isn't needed. Plus it's dangerous. Good luck.
