No bullshit, though. That toaster oven uses Celsius. Are you sure you weren't using a recipe that used Fahrenheit? Also, would you have access to a candy thermometer or some type of remote thermometer like what you'd use for a smoker? I'd have a hard time trusting the thermometer/thermostat of one of those for something delicate. If I remember correctly, they struggle cooking a Totino's pizza.
