Edibles, Salves Legality In Colorado

I was approached recently by a wonderful couple that own several dispensaries here in Colorado. They would like me to start baking edibles and making salves for their patients/clients.

I am told that I qualify for my own card because I have Fibromyalgia. I have found information on how to get a card and be allowed to legally use MJ for myself personally.

I am more concerned with the legality of creating edibles for dispensaries and how much can I have on my premises and how does Federal Law play into all of this?

I know they raided many places in California because even if the state makes it legal the Feds do not agree.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I would love to help but I want to protect myself as well as my restaurant.

Start by talking to an Attorney.
The law states what you can have and it mentions preparations at 2 oz or whatever is medically necessary.
Also I would think that you'd have to be involved with the FDA and Health Dept.
Especially if you own a restaurant you don't want to jeopardize and lose.
