effects of a high ph

can anyone tell me the effects of a high ph in a bubbler hydro system? does it cause the plants to droop?

It could depending on what it might be locking out, ph changes can cause lockouts of different nutrients, some of which could cause droopiness.

i wasn't paying attention to my resevoir, and my ph went up to like 9.0 and yeah, all the top leaves drooped, curled, and got kinda hard. but i fixed the probablem and all the new leaves are fine now, but the ones that went bad are still the same
