im going to be running 3 CFL's into one timer (thru an outlet splitter)

1 x 45W and
2 x 26 W

need i be worried about fire hazard/too much wattage etc
?

I would just keep in mind that some lamp-holders only support up to 40W, apart from that should be fine ;)

well i got 3 x 45 W bulbs in the end.... 2 are 6500 K and one is 2700 K . im keeping that one in the middle. from what i understand as long as the ratio is 2:1 for the correct color temp im all good :)
so far no elec problems yet!

especially with the "A" energy rating im sure its even less of a problem. just make sure it dont get too hot or too close to the leaves, close is good but with enough watts of CFL's it can get hotter than u think and the leaves can reach up and get burned
