I have been waiting for a solid dry cycle to water again. Planning on going ahead with reasonable camg dose from Botanicare with foliar Epsom...
I agree deffinately don’t want to overdue the cal.
also lower the light to increase transpiration?
Sounds intriguing.
I’ve been using ro water

I will have more info after a run off and watering but honestly everything’s hitting me at once.
Also trying to calculate an accurate vpd but having trouble.
Right now my ambient canopy temp is 83 my rh is 55 and my leaf temp 77 giving me a vpd of like .8 kilopqscals when I checked these numbers last night I swear vpd on Everest’s chart was 1.2...
Someone help me out here lol fuck
Yeah, with RO you may need to supplement cal/mag if your soil mix is lightly amended.... Starting off low is always good practice. It's still early, read your plants

I’ve discovered new information.
I don’t want to sound like the look who claims the soil, BUT

This morning girls were ready for water at lights on.
1 gal 4ml camg Botanicare 4 ml maxi crop .75 ml superthrive
6.3 250 solution in ——-> 7.2! 1400
The 1400 worry’s me not so much as it is a “super soil “ of sorts and I’ve seen those numbers many times coming out of hot dirt. However at 7.2 on my runoff I’m assuming my ph is surpassing 7.2 in an alkaline direction which is ATLEAST a contributing factor to my calcium and magnesium problem.

The rep has been to my work facility and he did say they used to lime but there ph was getting to high so they stopped recently.

I have no idea which batch my dirt is from...limed or not limed.

It’s lame information to see but after I adjusted (spark spliff) I realized how glad I am I now have a better idea what’s going on.

I won’t use coast of Maine stonington mix EVER again.
Haven’t had this problem with roots organic or any other store baught cannabis targeted soil.
Grrrrrrrrr.

my ph range from the transplant has been 6.3-6.7

who has insight on how to lower the ph of soil?
Besides the ol drop the water ph trick.
