That's your best bet just study up until then and sit down and look at the bill with him .....but depending on your situation he may have you bent over a barrel no matter what ....hopefully he's not that kinda guy ...good luck

Once again I'm not a push over, facts are facts I'm not gonna pay him more than I have to. He knows I won't budge on the facts at all. An I won't pay him more than I have to. I should be perfectly fine.

this is nothing but a weak shake down by your Land lord. he has nothing do with the power bills, he does have say in who can stay and who he can say is a problem renter.

this $50 bucks is shhh money nothing else.

Oh I wasn't saying you were a push over ...I was just saying in some situations were at another persons mercy ....you know like having a garden in there house ....that's all

But we both share the same power, an once again power is included but grows. So I mean we will see what he says for a price an go from there.

so its not not a condo or apt type of living, you like rent a room or spot on his property?

if this is the cause then, yes you own him $50 bucks. one: for the bill two: for him letting you do it here.

He lives upstairs an I live downstairs I pay 1200 for everything besides the grow. I have to pay my electricity for my grow that is it. An yea if it's only 50 bucks he wants I will have no problem giving that to you him.

Just a rough estimate I come up with is $15 usage, but I dont know what equipment you have so I can only guess.
This is what I used in my math @ 12 hours usage per day-
(2) single bulb LEC 315's @ 226.8 KWH per month
(2) 18" fans @ 21.6 KWH per month
(2) 330cfm inline fans @ 43.2 KWH per month
291.6KWH per month X $0.04604 per KWH = $13.42
Seems $50 is more than fair, certainly if you exceed the totals I've come up with.

It jumped from $13.42 to $15.41 with the corrections made to the fan math.
If you are using (2) double bulb LEC 315's fixtures for a total of 4 bulbs it goes from $15.41 to $44.27 per month. $50 still seems very fair lol

Lol for sure I really appreciate you doing all of this for me it makes me feel better that he can't really go above 50 dollars for my grow.

Considering the math I did was @ 12 hrs per day for everything, you will likely be on the better end of that $50 when you are vegging at 18/6 or even 24 hrs.
