I'm about to move into an apartment, and would like to start growing there. All bills are paid through the apartment except ELECTRICITY. So, I was wondering would I be safe to grow? Does the electric bill go through an automated process? Suppose my bill was a little higher than normal apt. units. Would that be noticed or raise any red flags to anyone? I need answers. Please.

6 to 8 plants tops. 1 400w hps

No a 400 wont raise suspicions on electric bill.

An upgraded PC power supply can be > 400w

i wouldn't worry about anything under 1000 watts.

Sweet. Ya, hopefully I can get a nice turn out (harvest) with 1 400 watt mh/hps, and 6 to 8 plants.
