Elephant Stomper - Hazeman Seeds Test

Elephant Stomper is Purple Elephant x Grape Stomper creation by Hazeman.

I grew two females to completion and both phenos were dynamite.
I lost all my earlier pics for the most part; but have a few of the 2nd ES I grew and the clone of it in bloom now.

I used mostly Earth Juice nutes on the Mom.
I am presently using some way-back-machine Rapid-Gro Bloom along with a shot of Instant Bloom from Schultz so far.
I also religiously use Bonide Root-n-Grow when transplanting.

Water pH is generally around 6.3, and I am using Pro-Mix soilless for medium.

I have only 4 foot grow ceiling to bottom of 1000w MH enclosure glass.
I use 3500k MH because it's what I learned with and it works for me.

The HID lamp is surrounded by about 5 or 6 hundred real watts of CFL's in the 2700k color.
Room is tidy at 4' x 5'. I can only have 12 plants; so I made it small on purpose so I wouldn't be tempted.

If you look close you can see some mini bungee cords there I am using to LST the plant with.

I used to use a screen; but I have found it's easier without one if I pay attention to detail during the stretch.
On this plant I used the bungee cords; on my Elephant "13" grow I am already using chain to LST with.
Every plant is different; but the main thing to know with LST is 'bend but don't break'.

I pulled the girls out today and did some trimming; so someof that lowest stuff is off it now.

I gave them a mixture of Earth Juice organic nutes a couple days ago.
I like EJ because it's organic and has good rep; but the pH is real touchy and you have to use it all within the hour you mixed it.

About 7 weeks from cut to bloom room.

To answer your other question above - they are on Attitude seedbank shortly.
Not sure if by 4-20; but maybe.
Looks like a limited run; so you might want to watch for it.
There should be a bigger release later in the year.

It's about 3' x 3' x 3', and I have to adjust LST almost daily:


I was having trouble with my camera and did not get a good bud shot yet.
They are frosting up beautiful, and smell of Grapefruit.
Been trying to spin it around every so often as my room is quite tight.

I'm working in 20 sq. ft. with a 4' lid. Very tight.
But it's my space and I like it.
I'm not a cash cropper; so I go for quality first.

I was running my 600 watts of twisty bulbs one hour on and one hour off during On cycle.
I have 1000 W HID surrounded by 28 CFL's.
That cycle was working nice for heat and stuff; but the damn timers can't seem to handle the cycling.

Running way under on a 15 amp inductive timer by GE; but it won't cycle every hour reliably.
I have been doing s little hand switching for the last week since I figured out my timers were not going to work.
So not as consistant an environment as I need for this new technic.
Looking into running a contactor off of timer - have friend looking in to it.

Reason I mention all this light cycling is for heat control.
I've noticed that Grape Stomper and hybrids like cooler temps than say a Purple Kush thrives in.
By cycling my secondary lighting the plants get a break several times a day while still getting decent light from the HID.
I like to think of it as the 'cloud' method. Think of clouds making shade as they pass.

Man I heard about that somewhere - it sounds like a very fine strain indeed.
Is the 'jo' part of the OG for jojozio?
Reason I ask is he made the original Grape Stomper before he died.

Might be done in three weeks from looks of things; first time I grew it from clone.

I am now at 44 days bloom and this plant is starting to pack on weight again:


Buds look very tight and are still very fragrant with grapefruit smell.
I could chop her now and get great smoke; but she is not amber yet and I do believe she will gain some weight in the next week or so.

I hope she hurries because I am almost dry and hate to cut for smoke.

I would really like to save this plant; but I need room for next test and must let her go when ripened...
See man - this is not all fun and games.

Nice.. I like the commitment into letting this girl run to her full potential.. I am doing the same with a test strain I'm doing.. I can't wait to start my next ones as well.. I can't wait to see it finish up

Well here I am at 3 days after chopping her down.

I'm snipping off stems to jar it, and rolled one from the smaller stuff.

I haven't smoked it yet; but I smoked some yesterday from the lowest scrap, and I really like it.
Almost embarrassing to like it so much knowing it has no cure and just a few days dry.

I had to cut a bit earlier than I wanted to because I started 5 seeds of Kaliman Cheese #1 and they all popped in three days from soilless medium.
No pre-soak or nothing, and they just all came up within 12 hours; so I had to chop Elephant Stomper clone the next morning.
I can only have 12 plants, and I try to follow it tightly.
The last seedling popped about 15 minutes before lights out, and I was in no shape to trim.

I'm going to burn this joint now, and I expect to be fairly wasted if yesterdays scrap is any indication.
The taste so far is slightly better than the first time from seed; it feels more mature and the Indica tones swirl with the Grapefruit-like aftertaste to tease the senses.
The smell is Grapefruit with a wildness to it I can't quite pin down.

Because I am medical and have low weight limits I rarely get to cure much.
I will stash a few buds of this though and see what I got in a couple weeks.

If you have the chance to get this strain get it man.
This is pure genius hybrid of two incredible lines.
I'm fairly sure there are still packs on Attitude.

I have a twenty pak Hazeman gave me after I spilled a few beans and killed a couple seedlings from my original 10 pak to test with.
I go by the Union Carpenter rule: if you drop a nail don't pick it up because it might be the wrong nail.
No mistakes that way. But this strain is so bitching I had to ask for more so I could grow this again someday when I have the room.
That someday will be a lot sooner than I figured now that I have grown out a clone of it.

I just said a lot of good stuff about this strain; but I still feel as though I am not doing it justice.
I need a smoke tester.

Where to start. lmao.

I first tried this last night and I was literally in bed just exhausted tired, had been working and smoking around the house all day. If Belle hadn't been gone for a few days and just getting home I would have been sleeping for sure. I smoked it and I felt better, was more coherent for sure. Then after I smoked it I found this thread, which was pretty trippy in itself. lol. Anyway I lined up the dates and was like this shit hasn't even been cured. lol.
This morning I made some coffee, sat down and checked it out real good. I can honestly say that I am very impressed. This is certainly top-shelf from what I have had the pleasure of smoking. I have been to several dispensaries, markets, collectives, craigslist, budtrader, all that shit. I look forward to growing some of this myself to see if I can achieve comparable quality.
The nugs are nice and sugary and they are dense, but very soft. Not sure if it's cuz I am high but they are soft as fuck, yet very dense. Anyway the grapefruit smell is certainly there and that is very nice, I wish it was stinkier. I like really really stinky shit. I will cure some of this a little while and see how sweet it gets.
Dry hitting the joint was very refreshing. Obviously first thing on a saturday morning that is a huge plus, but this buzz is what it's all about. I just finished a plant that me and Belle really looked forward too. After 3, 4 hits me and Belle both said at the same time that it was too strong. Didn't think that was possible, but it was. Way too racey, it was like a bad coke buzz. Others loved it, but I was bummed. I had high hopes for it. lol. Well I am high as hell and feel fantastic. I do not feel any paranoia (or do I? lol. j/k), I don't have any confusion (or do I? ok. I'll stop). I am curious as too how this is going to play out. Will I get a lot of shit today or be burned out in a few hours.
I have had some help around the house getting some shit done and I have really pushed it the last week and a half or so. The last 2 days I have been wrecked. The single most important thing about this sample to me is that 15 minutes ago I was in some pretty bad pain. I am pretty damn impressed with the pain relief and relaxing qualities of the Elephant Stomper. I am very curious as to what the CBD level in this is, cuz my arms ached so bad from my spinal stenosis and know they are noticably better. Like kinda wierd. lmao.
I smoked about 3/4 of that joint, usually with a cup of coffee I am all shakey and wired. I will follow up later.
