everyone needs to email their senator today to stop this pork bill their calling a stimulus bill---unless you want your grandkids paying super high taxes just to pay the interest on our debt :hump:
 
I think that stimulus will not work. what does sex education have to do with stimulus? Why put 350 million of sex education on a stimulus bill. :)

The democrats are just trying to cement their power for the next decade with all kinds of programs and funding they could never get through the regular appropriations process. Rush it through and don't think about it----pisses me off. Everyone except the dirt poor is going to be working for the government for six months out of the year.
 
the government doesn't do anything well---not even war---I can't believe everyone is like---the government needs to do this and that----when they clearly suck at this and that :)

Less government is better. Lets get Joycelyn Elders back as surgeon general. Masturbation is cheaper than sex education.:)
 
Our national debt is currently over 25 trillion dollars. The republicant's spent that money on killing people. Whats another 825 billion dollars to try and help us start making money again? Our childrens children will more likely be still paying higher taxes on the other 24.3 trillion dollars. Bush tried his bailout plan and it took care of the rich folks now give Obama the opportunity to try and help those who really need it.

The proposal isn't great but have you seen the republican counter proposal? Obama's proposal is strong at the core but does have some stupid allocations that got snuck in. The republicans want it all to go to tax cuts as if taxes are the whole reason our economy is in the gutter. If you don't have a job you don't give a fuck about tax cuts because you didn't pay any. They tried giving everyone a thousand dollars last year it didn't work we have to try something different. So I vote yes on the current proposal.

Of course I see it isn't perfect but nothing ever will be in our two party shitstem.
 
the stuff they are putting in the stimulus bill provides no stimulus :) I mean damn. How can you support something that isn't what its supposed to be. Your being lied to and following like lemmings. This is enough money to do real damage---a fundamental shift in the way people will view the government. Half the country doesn't want this shit---and when you force stuff on people there's consequences.

it's super long---I think you go to congressrules.gov to get it---h1---if I recall correctly. Don't even bother looking at it---it would be like reading the bible twice :)
